- Insurance Food Safety and quality standards(internal and by Law)
- Manage the Food Safety/Quality team in eachfacility
- Report in time and form status of Food Safetyand Quality for the operation in MX & TX
Skills
- Excellent communications skills both written andoral in English & Spanish
- Good statistical knowledge
- Q.C. & US Food Regulation knowledge
- Multi site supervisor skills
Requirements
- Experience in Food Safety / Quality areas in thefood industries
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Available to relocate and travel 50% of the time
- Statistical proficiency is desired
- Proven managerial skills
